Define the business goals

First, define your business goal to run an ad because some businesses will focus on profit maximization while others work for customer satisfaction. Ads run by business to attract customer online. Social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter run ads for customer engagement and for profit maximization. Ads are very important for business promotion as they provide us with better engagement of customers in our business.

2. Target Audience – The next step, is to target audiences based on their demographic factors like age, interests, and behavior. Target Audience are the audiences which are interested in our business. Their are three types of Audience.

  1. Saved Audience – This refers to those audience which is saved by the user of the profile.
  2. Custom Audience – This refers to the audience who have demographics factors like age, interest, behaviour.
  3. Lookalike Audience- Audience having similar demographics factors are called lookalike audience.

3. Budget Planning- Decide what amount you will pay for an ad for engagement purposes. Deciding of budget plays a very important role to run an ad campaign. It is important for better engagement and also for lead generation.

4. Choose your Platform- Decide the platform in which you have to run ads like Google, Facebook, Twitter, and many more. There are various platforms on social media like Facebook , Instagram, Google Ads. The best is to choose Facebook Ads for to business growth and promotion so that the leads will increase in the business.

5. Include a call to action – A CTA (call-to-action) is important for a business to maximize the leads. 

There are three types of CTA 

1. No Commitment CTA- CTA like download brochure.

2. Low Commitment (zero or very low cost) – In which we only take email or contact details.

3. High Commitment- The CTA in which we see buy now, order now is called high commitment.

How can you Target the audience on Facebook?

There are three types of audiences such as:-

1. Saved Audience- These audiences are saved by the user of Facebook.

2. Custom Audience – These audiences are based on demographic factors such as age, interest, and behavior. 

3. Lookalike Audience- Audiences have similar demographic factors like age, interest, and behavior. 

. We can write different ads for different people  

It is the best way to engage customers if we design an ad according to their age, interests, and behavior. We all know Facebook is a wide platform for business purposes. 

For example- Imagine you are a retailer of clothing stores and you sell all types of products like men’s wear, ladies’ wear, kids’ wear. Many of them are interested in what you offer but some of them are interested in a single area. Simply, put those people who are interested in a single area and showcase them the type of ads in which they have shown interest.
